My recent stay at Jewel San Stefano Hotel was a delightful experience. the location was truly amazing with a nice balcony offering a fantastic view of the beach. Being so close to San Stefano mall and the tram station made exploring the area convenient. the family atmosphere at the hotel created a welcoming vibe. I thoroughly enjoyed the good breakfast spread and the fact that hotel visitors had free access to the beach. The room was cozy and clean, with a panoramic view that added to the charm of the stay. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure guests were satisfied. Special mention to Mr Hisham, the sales manager, whose professionalism and attentiveness stood out. the level of service was commendable, making me eager to return in the future. the room service was impeccable, offering 24-hour assistance and all necessary amenities. the hotel's proximity to the airport and the availability of a range of services such as car hire and airport shuttle made the trip hassle-free. In conclusion, Jewel San Stefano Hotel provided excellent value for money with its comfortable rooms, welcoming ambiance, and convenient location.
